Sharp rise in butter prices: buyers are not happy with the price of butter

There is a sharp increase in the price of butter. There is a difference of at least 3-4 manats between the previous and current prices.

According to sellers, prices vary depending on the brand of oil and demand has not decreased much.

Buyers are not happy with the current price increase:

“Before we used to buy a kilo, but now half a kilo. Butter wasn’t that expensive. The price has gone up a lot.”

According to economist Khalid Karimli, the main reason for the price increase is that Azerbaijan is an importer of bleaching products. The livestock industry in our country cannot meet the demand for oil, cheese and other bleaching products.
