Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev ordered more than a hundred residents to be moved from temporary accommodation centres to hotels following the crash of drone debris in the Tikhoretsky region.
On Saturday, Kondratiev said on his Telegram channel that two drones were suppressed in the Tikhoretsky district. Due to falling debris, a fire broke out, which spread to explosive objects and began detonation. For safety reasons, a temporary evacuation of residents of the village located near the site of the fire to the nearest populated areas is underway, and a temporary accommodation center has been created in Tikhoretsk.
“On my instructions, residents of the region were transferred from temporary accommodation centres to hotels in order to achieve more comfortable conditions: 62 people in the Tikhoretsky district, 39 in the Vyselkovsky district, and the rest of the citizens went to live with relatives. The hotels also provide psychological and medical assistance and hot meals.” — wrote Kondratiev.
