Next Saturday, November 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. the clothing exchange evening will take place “Ipinifest” in the Ansoleaga room of the Commonwealth headquarters of the Pamplona region. Access will be via San Francisco Street No. 5.
This event is an opportunity for citizens to exchange and find new clothes with the aim of reducing textile waste. To do this, it is proposed to bring to the party clothes in good condition to exchange them for ““ipini points” which can then be used to obtain other garments which are displayed in the clothing display area. With this initiative, we will move closer to a more circular and sustainable fashion system.
In addition to the large clothing exchange space, the “Ipinifest” On Saturday there will be second-hand and sustainable clothing outlets with collaborations from Remar, Madre Coraje and La Gata Breva; live music with DJ sessions and workshops for personalizing wardrobe basics with Paula from Hari&Ari (11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) and creative embroidery with Alazne de Erabili (5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.), both upon prior registration. Likewise, information points will be set up with the collaboration of Paris 365 and Traperos de Emmaús will also collaborate in the event.
Conditions of use: a maximum of five garments
The organization established conditions of use for participating in Ipinifest. Therefore, each person can attend the clothing exchange evening with a maximum of five items of clothing.
Additionally, only formal clothing and Shoes, underwear, accessories, household or bathroom items will not be accepted.. Clothing must be clean, ironed and in good condition. As mentioned previously, in exchange for the clothing delivered, “ipinipoints” will be received which will be allocated according to an equivalence table. The organization reserves the right to accept or refuse the clothing and to assign the corresponding rating. It is not necessary to register to participate in the exchange.
It should be noted that the “ipini points” They can be exchanged in the large clothing exchange area of the event and do not have an expiration date as they can also be used throughout the year at the MCP clothing exchange points and during Geltoki exchange evenings.
