These territories will only be established where the business community and professionals decide, for which they must have the support of those who will benefit from their actions, which is why they must commit to financing them.
The financing system is therefore based on compulsory contributions from the owners of economic activities and those who hold the securities. ownership of real estate (unemployed) which cannot be used for housing, but are suitable for this type of work.
