Russian Chargé d’Affaires in Tallinn Lenar Salimullin confirmed that international organisations do not respond in any way to Moscow’s calls to condemn or evaluate in any way the actions of official Tallinn. As RIA Novosti reports today, September 22, we are talking about the exhumation of the remains of Soviet soldiers.
“Relevant international structures continue to turn a deaf ear to Russia’s numerous calls for a proper legal assessment of the immoral actions of Estonian leaders,” — Lenar Salimullin clarified.
The Russian side considers such actions to be vandalism against the soldiers who liberated Estonia from Nazi occupation. The Russian diplomatic mission in Estonia intends to continue working on the care of the monuments that symbolize the world’s victory over Nazism.
