On Android, PiP is functional, but some devices may have performance issues and the experience is more variable depending on the device.
In general, iPhone hardware and its closed ecosystem enable developers to better optimize applications, while the diversity of devices on Android (there are thousands of devices) makes it difficult to standardize performance.
