Arrested for assaulting a neighbor and breaking his car after complaints for letting his dogs loose in Valladolid

The Civil Guard arrested in El Campillo, in the province of Valladolid, a person who had attacked his neighbor after an argument about the release of dogs. The detainee faces a crime of injury and damage after breaking the car window.

The fight, according to witnesses, took place motivated by coexistence issues between the prisoner and a member of his family with the rest of the town’s inhabitants. According to the neighbors’ testimonies, on several occasions the dogs They threatened to bite minors which are on the public highway, a circumstance which gave rise to the discussion on the day of the events.

The prisoner also presented injuries caused by the rest of the neighbors trying to immobilize him and prevent him from continuing to attack the victim. The proceedings carried out were made available to the Medina del Campo Court of Instruction.
