The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ (MES) hotline “112” received information about a case of being trapped in an elevator in a multi-storey residential building located in the Masazir settlement, Absheron district of the capital, and about a minor who was helpless behind a closed door in an apartment in the Narimanov district.

It was reported that rescuers from the Special Risk Rescue Service were on duty.
Thanks to the rescue measures carried out by the rescuers, 4 people were rescued, including 1 minor.
