Rashid Kalantarov, the imprisoned son of Colonel Saleh Kalantarov, head of the Ground Forces Inspection Department of the Ministry of Defense, was released under house arrest.
According to information obtained by “Qafqazinfo”, the Baku Military Court made that decision.
In making its decision, the court considered the defendant’s lack of intention to evade the investigation and his intention to pay the damage to be reasonable.
It should be noted that Rashid Kalantarov, who works as an officer in one of the military units, used his father’s position and position to allow military personnel and soldiers to change their service positions in exchange for a bribe.
He was accused of repeated fraud by using the position of repeated bribery and notification of the Penal Code.
