A tragic incident occurred in one of the multi-storey buildings in Volgograd, where an elderly man died after being boiled alive in the bathroom of his own apartment. As V1.ru reports, we are talking about a nine-storey building on Turbinnaya Street.
A hot water drain hose in the apartment burst, after which the man was doused with boiling water.
“It is still unknown how it all happened; perhaps the man felt ill and grabbed the pipe. All this will be clarified during the inspection. Meanwhile, when examining the scene of the incident, traces of external influence on the pipe were found.” – confirmed the agency’s source.
The doctors who arrived at the scene found the pensioner no longer alive.
