In addition, the strong winds have justified the activation of yellow alerts in the communities of Aragon, the Balearic Islands, as well as in large areas of Catalonia and the Valencian Community, and according to AEMET data, gusts 70 and 80 kilometers per hour can be reached and sometimes up to 90 in some places.

The general forecast announced today by AEMET indicates that showers will be recorded in the northern half of the peninsula from the early hours of the day, as well as gusts of strong or very strong wind throughout the eastern peninsula.
