The Castellón Civil Guard detected 19 people with audiovisual devices in the driving testas reported by the armed institute in a press release.

These copying systems have become more sophisticated over the years and with the advancement of technology. This was the case of these 19 people, who hid audiovisual devices to fraudulently pass the exam.

The actions were carried out during the previous inspection carried out by agents of the Road Safety Investigation Unit, belonging to the Research and Analysis Group of the Castellón Traffic Subsector (UNIS-GIAT), and the examiners from the provincial prefecture themselves. with the aim of avoiding identity theft or possible irregularities and illegalities.

In these cases, the penalties these people face, in accordance with the Road Safety Act, are 500 euros fine and the ban on reconsideration before six months have passed.

On the other hand, three people were investigated for alleged offenses against road safety when they allegedly drove without the corresponding authorization to drive a motor vehicle on the road. total loss of points assigned and came to take the exam to collect part of it.

The proceedings carried out were brought before the corresponding courts of first and first instance.
