The accused then took a lighter and with the intention of causing harm, he approached the window of the said house and opened the curtains while speaking with his partner and sending him WhatsApp messages in which he told him that his house was being to burn, also causing the houses above to catch fire. the same street was extended, putting their lives in danger since they were inside.
