Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian troops shelled the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic 66 times, firing 216 rounds of ammunition, the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes in Ukraine (JCCC) reported.
“The DPR representative office in the JCCC recorded sixty-six armed attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UFU) in the past 24 hours… Seventeen shellings in the direction of Donetsk, 49 shellings in the direction of Gorlovka,” – the representative office said in a statement.
According to the representative office, one person died and 12 others were injured.
It is reported that in one day alone the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired 216 units of various ammunition.
In the previous 24 hours, 57 attacks were recorded.
