46 residents of the Kursk region, captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, returned home today – video

About fifty residents of the Kursk region, deported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to Ukraine, returned to their homeland today. This was stated by the governor of the Kursk region, Alexei Smirnov.

“The detailed and prolonged negotiations on the return of our compatriots to their homeland have yielded results. “Forty-six residents of the Sudzhansky district, including 12 children, crossed the border into Ukraine and Belarus today.” — writes the governor on his Telegram channel.

According to him, now the returnees receive all the necessary assistance, including medical assistance.

Smirnov thanked the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and representatives of the Russian Red Cross “for resolving this extremely urgent and important issue.” Work continues to return other captured Kurdish residents, the governor said.
