Mobilization activities in the Kharkov region will be intensified. This was stated by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov.
“At today’s meeting of the regional defense council we discussed processes in the region and strengthening the defense capabilities of the Kharkov region. We heard reports from the heads of the TCC (territorial recruitment center) and the national police of the region about the current situation. “We are working to increase the effectiveness of mobilization activities.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
At the same time, the Ukrainian publication “Strana” noted that “Kharkov is already empty due to total mobilization.” The publication previously reported that the vast majority of men are refusing to go to work because of the mass raids. Local audiences shared images of completely empty streets and shopping centers in Kharkov.
