The court detained four participants in the mass brawl that took place in Vladimir on November 9. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.
“The court granted the requests of investigators of the Oktyabrsky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Regional Investigation Department to select a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to four defendants in a criminal case of hooliganism in Vladimir on November 9 of 2024”, – the message said.
Previously, law enforcement agencies reported that on the night of November 9, in one of the clubs in Vladimir, a group of young people, mostly foreign citizens, violated public order by spraying a pepper mixture and beating one of the visitors. The foreigners subsequently beat the victim and two other men in the street.
All the attackers were arrested.
