“The organization and holding of the UN COP29 climate conference in Baku is a source of pride.”
Oku.Az Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baysalov told NEWS.ru about this.
According to him, Azerbaijan celebrated the event at the highest level.
“Of course, I admire Azerbaijan. It is the host of the largest world event on the most pressing issue at this level. It is not just a question of infrastructure, the most important thing was diplomacy to regulate and bring 190 participating countries to a common denominator “That’s why I admire him,” Baysalov said.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan closely followed the organization of the COP29 conference. Baysalov stressed that the country expects historic progress from the conference.
“We have followed this whole process since we voted for Azerbaijan at the COP28 held in Dubai last year. Today, of course, we expect historic progress. Azerbaijan has done everything 100% and we are very proud of it,” – said the Kyrgyz Prime Minister admitted the deputy.
