Two people died and three others were injured as a result of a car sliding into a ditch in the Volga region, Astrakhan region. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.
“The driver of the VAZ-2110, a man born in 1958, lost control and fell into a ditch” – the message said.
The driver and female passenger died before the ambulance arrived. Three more women, born in 1969, 1964 and 2007, were injured.
According to the press service of the regional Ministry of Health, the condition of the victims is considered serious and all patients were admitted to intensive care.
