“The EU civilian mission will not operate in the parts of the border where delimitation will take place. We have made an offer to Azerbaijan in this regard.”
Oku.Az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in an interview with the country’s public television.
“We proposed this to Azerbaijan: withdraw the EU civilian mission from the parts of the border where the delimitation will be carried out. There is no need to keep observers in the delimitation areas,” Pashinyan said.
