The fact that the street in the Yasamal district of Baku was left completely without a sidewalk has caused discontent among residents.
Oku.Az reports that it was shared on the social network.
It was noted that we are talking about the street named after the national hero Salat Askerova.
“The “pilot projects” built on the street have deprived people of the road. Especially this street has become impassable for the elderly, children and physically challenged people. The road worsens up to the junction with Samad Vurgun Street,” residents said.
Our attempts to find out the position of the Yasamal district executive authority on the matter were unsuccessful. The officials of the institution we tried to contact did not respond to our phone calls or written requests.
