“Karabakh University will meet the wishes and needs of students.”
This was stated by the rector of Karabakh University, Shahin Bayramov, in his statement to the employee of the “Report” sent to Khankendi.
According to him, the university, built to meet the requirements of the new era, will meet the most modern standards in the coming period:
“We are very proud today, it is the first academic day at the University of Karabakh. On September 20, the university was inaugurated and the president Ilham Aliyev He made a speech at the ceremony. In this speech, he set strategic goals for us. We understand the responsibility of the tasks ahead. The university built according to the requirements of the new era will meet the most modern standards in the coming period. Our goal is for this university to prepare high-level specialists and worthy citizens of our state and nation. The university is student-based. This means that the educational institution will meet the wishes and needs of students.”
The rector added that the Karabakh University is based on research. That is, the educational institution will conduct research in various fields using modern methods.
Sh. Bayramov said that today the international language center established at the university has started to function:
“The main goal is for students to acquire foreign language skills at a high level, regardless of the language of instruction. On the other hand, the establishment of international cooperation of the University of Karabakh is also among our future goals. In the near future, teachers from foreign countries will be invited to the university. Local teachers will organize teaching in a foreign language. Our wish is that our students will take lessons in English and acquire knowledge and skills in this language from teachers and have the opportunity to participate in the exchange programs of our partner universities, and be able to join double diplomas in the future.”
