By presidential order, new deputies were appointed to the president of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA).
According to “Qafqazinfo”, Khayyam Mammadov, who was appointed Zaur Mikayilov’s first deputy, previously worked in various positions.
Thus, Kh. Mammadov, born in Moscow in 1975, worked in various positions in the subsidiaries of several foreign-invested companies between 1997 and 2019, in addition to being a leading specialist in the Office of the Ministry of Justice and as a department. head of the Office of the State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy.
In 2020, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
In 2021, according to the Presidential Decree, he was appointed member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Baku International Sea Trade Port”, and in 2022, a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping” (ASCO).
Khayyam Mammadov’s last job was as a member of the board of directors of OJSC “Azersigorta” (since July 16, 2022).
