Prepared food is a lifestyle of modern man. The abundance of work and the limitation of daily time require people to eat quickly.
Gastroenterologist Emin Gasimov stated that prepared foods should be evaluated according to their nutritional value. It is recommended to eat between 2 and 4 hours after preparing any food:
“After consuming the food, if the rest is kept in the refrigerator and consumed at least 6 hours later, its nutritional value and quality decrease.”
