The Madrid Provincial Court will judge this Tuesday a volleyball coach for allegedly sexually assaulting two players, including a minor, from the Madrid volleyball club, located on Islas Filipinas Street in the capital.
The 36-year-old accused will appear in the dock for the alleged commission of a crime of sexual assault and two crimes of sexual abuse. The accused was the founding director and coach of the aforementioned volleyball club.
According to the story of the facts, the accused, on an unspecified date in July 2019, after a match, proposed toto take home and in your car to one of the players, aged 15. The accused, in a libidinous mood, and knowing the feeling the young woman had for him, went to a car park in the Moncloa district.

In 2020, another case
In September 2020, the defendant informed another player that he was going to be her coach and that she would be the captain. He knew that the young woman was going through a bad emotional situation due to eating disorders since she suffered from bulimia. On October 3, 2020, the defendant invited the girl for a drink and took her to a floor of the club and once there, he urged her to kiss, to which she refused, telling him that she did not feel comfortable. He then inserted his fingers into her vagina.
On October 6, the girl warned DVS that she did not want to have a relationship with him. On October 7, they met again and she again said that she did not want to have sex, and then they had full sexual intercourse.
