Fecir presents its 2024 Business Merit Awards

The Ciudad Real Business Federation (Fecir) held its traditional awards ceremony this Friday. Business Merit Award 2024where the excellence, effort, trajectory and innovation of businesses, SMEs and self-employed workers in the province were recognized.

In the “Independents 2024” category, the prize was awarded to Eva Rodrigo Sánchezdirector of a gastronomic communications agency in Ciudad Real. While, Séfucala group which brings together florists, funeral services and insurance in the Almadén region, won the “Local and regional development” prize.

The “Investment in R&D and Business Strategy” prize was awarded to Repsol Puertollanofor its support to SMEs and the self-employed, and Transport Abengozaleader in freight transport, received the “Family Business” award.

In the field of “Local commerce”, recognition was awarded to Moisés Mata stationery and printingof the Alcázar de San Juan, which has almost 100 years of history. And the “External Expansion” distinction went to Felix Solis Avantisof Valdepeñas, after the opening of a new winery in Chile.

As part of the Agri-Food Initiative, two cooperatives were rewarded: Jesus of Forgiveness Yuntero Wineryof Manzanares, and Los Pozos Cooperativeby Daimiel. For his part, Unequal workerspecializing in artisanal baking and training, was awarded for its “Commercial Activity” in the capital Ciudad Real.

Likewise, a special “Social Work” mention was given to the Spanish Cancer Associationand another of “Institutional Assistance” for the News camera service for his work in fire prevention and suppression.

Finally, the journalist’s career was rewarded Ernesto Saenz de Buruaga Already Angel Expositodirector of La Linterna on Cadena COPE, for his defense of the economic and commercial fabric.

The gala took place in the presence of the Minister of Economy, Commerce and Employment of Castile-La Mancha, Patricia Franco, the President of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, Miguel Ángel Valverde, and the Mayor of Ciudad Real, Francisco Cañizares, among other personalities.
