“Agatha All Along”: bewitching Kathryn Hahn
A peripheral character in the Marvel universe, the witch Agatha Harkness appeared at the end of the series. WandaVision dressed as Kathryn Hahn. The actress (who can still be seen in the wonderful I love cockon Prime Video) seemed to be having fun, Marvel offers her its own Sabbath. To regain her supernatural powers, Agatha must first escape the spell cast on her by her adversary. Trapped like Wanda Maximoff in a fictional universe, Agatha initially sees herself as the heroine of one of these American detective series inspired by “Scandi noir”. Once the pastiche is conjured, she gathers around her a few colleagues, including Aubrey Plaza, born to play witches, and Broadway superstar Patti LuPone. This is enough to give the first two episodes (the only ones seen) a promising energy and charm. TS
