IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi told RIA Novosti that he intends to conduct a new round of visits to Russia and Ukraine in the coming weeks or months.
“I think I’ll have another round (of visits) in the next few weeks or months.” — he told the agency on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, commenting on a possible trip to Russia and Ukraine.
The General Assembly met on Tuesday for its 79th annual session. Its key event will be a high-level week, from 24 to 28 September, and the annual debates will be held on 30 September, with the Russian delegation headed by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Sergey Lavrovhis performance is expected on September 28th.
