Three people have died due to the effects of Storm Burt in the United Kingdom. This was reported by the British broadcaster BBC on November 23, citing law enforcement.
A 60-year-old man died after a tree collided with his car on a motorway near Winchester, Hampshire Police said. Another victim of the disaster was a 34-year-old man from West Yorkshire, who lost control on a road covered in ice and snow. In Northamptonshire one person also died in a road accident.
It should be noted that the storm caused the closure of several roads.
