Victor de Aldama declared of his own free will before the Judge Ismael Moreno of the National Court last Thursday for two hours.
Aldama accused himself of having paid commissions to the former minister of Jose Luis Abalosto your advisor Koldo Garcia Izaguirreto the current organizational secretary of the PSOE Santos Cerdan and the chief of staff of Maria Jesus Montero at the Ministry of Finance, Carlos Moreno.
