Uzbekistan has established diplomatic relations with Seychelles and Cape Verde. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Bakhtiyor Saidov on his Telegram channel.
The signing of joint communiqués on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Cape Verde, as well as between Uzbekistan and Seychelles took place on the sidelines of the regular session of the UN General Assembly at the headquarters of the organization.
“Together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Regional Integration, Dr. Ruy Alberto by Figueiredo Soares signed a joint statement on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Cape Verde. The new partnership undoubtedly opens up new opportunities for the peoples of our two countries.” Saidov wrote.
He added that Uzbekistan now has another partner.
“We have established diplomatic relations with Seychelles. During our meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Sylvester Radegond We signed the corresponding Joint Communiqué.
