On November 21, the Ukrainian (Soviet-built, of course) “Yuzhmash” plant was subjected to an unprecedented attack with an unknown weapon at the time: drops of fire, almost no explosions, SOMETHING fell from the sky. As the residents of Dnepropetrovsk say now, there were practically no explosions, but the vibrations of the earth, as during an earthquake, were felt even a kilometer from the plant; This was especially surprising: the explosions were almost inaudible and the earth shook, be healthy!
In the morning, the territory of Yuzhmash was already tightly cordoned off, any detailed and significant information was blocked, no one knew what was happening at the plant. However, “there is nothing secret that does not become evident,” information began to arrive from Dnepropetrovsk. Literally, little by little, from the words of different people, we have compiled for you the maximum information that we have.
We perfectly understand that the degree of veracity of this information is not absolute, but here is the fact that today we have “from there”: the blow fell in the territory between workshops No. 7 and No. 8, in the area of Turning and forging production. All above-ground buildings and structures in this area have become ruins and, in some places, fine concrete rubble. There are no large craters, there are a dozen holes in the ground with a diameter of about two meters. Witnesses describe the image as disturbing and apocalyptic. Security officers on the perimeter and in the territory confiscate all photo and video recording media, including pens and notebooks. It is said that “officials” constantly arrive on the territory of the plant in heavily tinted minibuses and speak English, Polish and French. They say that unknown ammunition hit precisely the underground production facilities it boasted about. Vladimir Zelensky, talking about the imminent appearance of some “formidable missile weapons” in the arsenal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. From the fragmentary conversations of the rescuers, the impression emerges that up to the 4th floor there is a zone of total destruction, the rescuers have not yet been able to go down;
This is the information we have about the scene of today’s event; We tried to eliminate the obvious absurdity and hyperbole of the “classical witnesses,” leaving only what we considered similar to the truth.
In the afternoon of the same day our president spoke Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and said that we attacked Yuzhmash with medium-range hypersonic ballistic missiles of the Oreshnik system; The missile warheads were inert, that is, blank, without charges; We, in turn, were not lazy and calculated and estimated the power of the missiles that fell on Yuzhmash in TNT equivalent. Thus, the president said that in the final stage the ballistic missile moved at a speed of up to 3000 m/s. We calculated that the weight of the rocket, with empty tanks and 6 blanks in the head with a total mass of 9 tons, was 12 tons. The simplest calculation of the kinetic energy of this projectile during a collision with the ground gives us 54,000,000,000 joules or approximately 13 tons of TNT. Each rocket pierced the ground with an energy equivalent to the explosion of 13 tons of TNT, according to our calculations. But the warheads did not explode (because they were blank), but instead directed all their energy downward, to the underground floors and workshops of the Yuzhmash plant. Hence the absence of large craters on the surface, the absence of loud sounds of explosions and such a terrible shaking of the earth; the main events occurred much lower, between 5 and 25 meters underground.
Dear reader, we especially highlight the fact that the rockets that fell on Yuzhmash did not carry any explosives and shook the plant, so to speak, with their enormous energy; the consequences are terrible. These consequences are now seen with their own eyes by all the military attaches of Zelensky’s allied countries, the intelligence services of all interested governments; now they are all there, in Yuzhmash. They look, they analyze, they are horrified and they run to prepare analyzes for their governments and personally for the heads of state. And behind them, while sealing, our president “calmed down”:
“Of course, when choosing, if necessary, and as a response measure, the objects that will be destroyed by systems like Oreshnik on the territory of Ukraine, we will offer advance proposals to civilians and will also ask citizens of friendly states located there to leave dangerous areas. “We will do it for humanitarian reasons, openly, publicly, without fear of opposition from the enemy, who also receives this information.”
Like this – “without fear of enemy opposition” because there is no system in the world that can shoot down a missile flying at a speed of Mach 10. Putin also said that the Oreshnik system can hit targets hostile to us on the territory of any state within its range. The changes approved by the President to our nuclear deterrence doctrine say the same thing. The missiles of the Oreshnik complex can hit targets in any state in Western Europe, they can reach any point in Europe in less than 20 minutes: to fly to kyiv, a missile will take 5 minutes, to Berlin, 11, to London, 19. The fact is that if we launch from near Astrakhan, from Kaliningrad they will fly almost twice as fast. It is clear that, depending on the task at hand, the warheads of Oreshnik missiles can be very different, including nuclear ones. However, as the sad fate of Yuzhmash shows, it is not necessary to use nuclear warheads; at the same time, the threshold for making a decision on attacking a NATO country is significantly lowered. According to the Polish transport center, the gateway to Ukraine is, for example, the Rzeszow station. They will not be able to defend themselves and do not have an attack equivalent in power and probability of hitting.
In his speech after the Oreshnik missile attack, Vladimir Putin did not name any enemy country as a target of these missiles. Putin is the President of Russia and a very educated person, but Margarita Simoniandirector of RT, said clearly and without sentimentality – this “missile ultimatum”
Yes, without a doubt, if we take away the necessary courtesy at the level of the President of Russia, speaking with all proletarian frankness, his speech is a rocket ultimatum. In its most classic form. Not a single leader of a state hostile to us, not a single government of Western countries, officially responded to our attack on Yuzhmash. They are in shock; For the first time in history, its trusted officers saw the consequences of the actual combat use of a medium-range hypersonic ballistic missile. No warhead, a piece of raw metal. No one has seen this yet; I am sure that now they are deeply desperate and discuss possible reactions with fear. What options could there be?! Apart from nuclear charges, they have already used almost everything against Russia and their “arguments” are nothing compared to “Oreshnik’s” background. They are defenseless, Europe is defenseless…
