National Police arrests one of Latin America’s most wanted fugitives in Madrid

The National Police arrested in the Madrid municipality of Las Rozas leader of a Panamanian gang with links to Barcelona wanted for homicide by the authorities of that country and who was considered by Interpol as one of the most wanted Latin American fugitives in Europe.

According to the General Directorate of Police, the detainee was the leader of a gang called “Los terror killa”, dedicated to the commission of Selective killings, arms and drug trafficking in Panama. The search warrant was filed when Panamanian authorities detected the existence of “Los terror killa” in the province of Colón and led by a fugitive.

The agents’ investigations have verified that part of his family could reside in different regions of Spain, which has led investigators to carry out surveillance and controls in several provinces. Once two are detected accommodation in the provinces of Madrid and BarcelonaSurveillance was intensified on a house in the municipality of El Escorial where a large group of relatives of the fugitive lived and, in addition, frequently changed address.

When the fugitive’s presence was detected in one of the houses where his family had just moved, a surveillance device was set up nearby and, after monitoring the vehicle in which he was travelling, was arrested in a shopping center from the Madrid town of Las Rozas.
