“Azerbaijan’s strategic foreign exchange reserves have exceeded US$73 billion.”
Oku.Az Referring to the Cabinet of Ministers (CN), Prime Minister Ali Asadov reportedly said this during discussions on the draft state and general budgets.
“This indicator represents 100% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the end of this year and is almost 14 times higher than the external public debt.
“Our direct external debt is low. As of September 1 this year, this figure was 5.3 billion dollars and represented 7.5% of GDP,” he said.
