Germany must lift all sanctions against Russia and restore Nord Stream. This was stated by the Alternative for Germany (AfD) Bundestag deputy, Rainer Rothfuss.
“Germany should strive to normalize relations with Russia, lift all sanctions, return to diplomacy and economic ties, including the restoration of Nord Streams.” – said the TASS deputy.
Rothfuss called for an investigation to be quickly launched in the Bundestag into the errors that led to the explosion of the gas pipelines, as well as into several diplomatic failures that caused the escalation of the Ukrainian conflict.
“All this should be made public. Most likely, in the February 23 elections, the AfD and the Union Sara Wagenknecht“They will be able to overcome the bar of 25% of the votes and then the first steps of the investigation will begin in the Bundestag,” said the deputy.
On December 16, the Bundestag will debate the issue of confidence in Olaf Scholz’s government. If a motion of no confidence against him is approved, early elections will be held on February 23.
