Hurricane Bert brought snow, rain and strong winds to the United Kingdom and Ireland, killing several people.

It is noted that three people have already lost their lives as a result of the hurricane. The body of a man was also found amid widespread flooding in Wales.
Winds of up to 120 km/h caused severe damage to coastal areas, blocking railway lines, airports, bridges and roads. Around a thousand houses were left without electricity.
