The current Minister of Digital Transformation and Civil Service, Oscar Lopezreceived from Koldo Garcia the contact of the agent Victor de Aldama during the pandemic.
According to messages intercepted by the Civil Guard and to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, on August 14, 2020, Koldo García sent Óscar López a Paradores budget for Zamora CF.
Óscar López was president of the Paradores at the time and responded: “Give me the team contact”. The Ábalos advisor sends you the contact “Victor Gonzalo Vivir” at 12:24 p.m.
Later, Koldo himself sent to Aldama the capture of his conservation with Óscar López to the commissioner so that he could verify his efforts.
At that time, Aldama and its partners had already received 54 million euros in public contracts for the purchase of masks.
Zamora CF, a team owned by Aldama, held the concentration in the Puebla de Sanabria Parador (Zamora). It is not known what representations Óscar López made for the commissioner in the Koldo case and what conversations they had.
Óscar López continued at Paradores until July 2021, when Pedro Sánchez claimed him as his chief of staff. Last September, he served as organizing secretary of the PSOE between 2012 and 2014, and was appointed Minister of Digital Transformation and Civil Service.
A person who acted as Víctor de Aldama’s confidant told EL ESPAÑOL that the commissionaire “addressed Moncloa as the Ministry of Transport.”
This confidant also assured that Aldama “had meetings with advisors to the president of the government” and that “he had a direct relationship with Pedro Sánchez.”
The commission agent, currently in prison for having defrauded 182 million euros from hydrocarbon companies, boasted to his confidant about his visits to Moncloa and his meetings with the president of the government’s closest collaborators.
