What decision did Tehran-media take?

According to information published by the American website Axios, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has called on Iran to attack Israel.

Telegram channel “Alexey Zheleznov” writes about this.

However, despite this appeal, Tehran decided not to intervene. Sources say Iran has rejected Nasrallah’s offer.

Recall that, according to media reports, after the IDF attacks, Nasrallah found himself in a difficult situation.

With key figures such as Ibrahim Aqeel killed and Ali Karachi in charge of Hezbollah’s Southern Front wounded, Nasrallah was left almost alone, relying on less experienced and well-known field commanders. The only senior commander left at his side, Talal Hamia, who runs terrorist operations abroad, does not have the same influence or experience.

Despite the ongoing conflict with Israel, Hezbollah has so far not deployed its precision-guided missiles, which could cause significant damage. Instead, there are limited and ineffective launches, aimed mainly at areas north of the Haifa-Tiberius line. Experts attribute this to pressure from Iran, which seeks to avoid becoming involved in a large-scale regional war. Tehran hopes that the IDF will also refrain from using heavy weapons and that the conflict can be kept within the framework of local battles.

The United States also plays a major role in containing the conflict. Washington has sent a task force, including an aircraft carrier and cruise missile submarines, to the Eastern Mediterranean to support Israel and protect the region from potential attacks by Iran. The United States provides significant military assistance to Israel, while persistently emphasizing the need to prevent the conflict from escalating into a regional war.

Hezbollah must therefore act carefully so as not to provoke Israel into using more powerful weapons, including precision-guided missiles, which could have a devastating impact on Lebanon. However, further escalation remains possible and much depends on how events develop in the coming days.

Previously, Cursor reported how the IDF operation in Lebanon influenced Hezbollah terrorists.

Hezbollah terrorist leader Hassan Nasrallah was shocked by the precision and scale of the IDF’s attacks on the organization’s infrastructure.
