Syrian air defenses intercept suspected Israeli missile attack on coastal city of Tartus

An alleged attack by the Israel Defense Forces targeted the port city of Tartus in Syria, according to the Syrian army, whose air defenses intercepted alleged missiles launched from Tel Aviv.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based opposition group, said air defenses intercepted several Israeli missiles.
