About 40 residential buildings were damaged during the shelling of Belgorod, the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said in a Telegram channel.
“Damage has currently been identified in 37 private homes, 21 cars and six outbuildings.” – wrote.
Residents of the damaged homes were asked to go to temporary shelters, but all went to spend the night with relatives and friends, the governor said.
In addition, the number of victims of the shelling has increased to five: a man with a shrapnel wound in his leg sought help. He was taken to Belgorod Hospital No. 2. After receiving assistance, he was sent home for outpatient treatment. At the same time, four more hospitalized patients are in moderate condition.
