Attorney General had ‘preeminent participation’ in ‘events leading to leak’ regarding Ayuso’s boyfriend, UCO says

Supreme Court Justice Ángel Hurtado authorized UCO agents working under his orders to access the content of information seized from the Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, during the search of his official office on October 30, related to the leak of reserved information about the boyfriend of the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

This was agreed after receiving a report from the UCO on the search carried out on the same date by the Attorney General of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, which revealed the need to carry out more procedures.

The report, to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, refers to the “preeminent participation” of the Attorney General “in the events that ultimately led to the leak investigated”, for which he requests access to the only existing copy of the seized information. to García Ortiz, until now only in the hands of Hurtado.
