Private seller Nastya Ivleeva, whose nickname and photo are the same as blogger, actress and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva, sells clothes, shoes and accessories on one of Russia’s largest resale platforms, Oskelly.
The platform features 149 items from the retailer of brands including Alexander Wang, Balenciaga, Burberry, Dior, Dolce&Gabbana, Gucci, Chanel, Mugler, Paco Rabanne, Versace, Vetements and more, from swimwear to cocktail dresses.
The total value of the items that the seller plans to sell is about 6.9 million rubles, according to the author of the Gossip Chronicle telegram channel.
As reported EADailyIn early September this year, the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region registered a new claim by Ivleeva, who failed to recover more than 1 million rubles for failure to deliver the furniture.
In February of this year, it became known that Ivleeva won a lawsuit in court related to the failed delivery of furniture for a dressing room. According to the Shot telegram channel, Ivleeva saw luxurious photographs on the website of a furniture company. She agreed to carry out the work, paid an advance of 1.1 million rubles, after which, according to the blogger, the furniture manufacturers disappeared: the website stopped working and the contractors did not get in touch. The court sided with Ivleeva, but decided to pay the minimum penalty – 6,048 rubles and 133 rubles in state duty.
Ivleeva is still trying to challenge this decision.
