NATO representatives visited Baku.

It was noted that the objective of the visit is to participate in the academic conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s accession to the NATO Partnership for Peace Framework Document.
Within the framework of the visit, NATO representatives, led by Burcu San, Deputy Undersecretary General for Operations, and the head of Azerbaijan’s mission to NATO, Jafar Huseynzade, met with the head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel Elchin Abdullayev.
The meeting discussed the partnership between Azerbaijan and NATO, future opportunities for cooperation and other issues of mutual interest. During the talks, it was highlighted that Azerbaijan is a reliable partner of the alliance thanks to NATO-led operations and the contribution of allied countries to energy security.
