There are no obligations limiting the deployment of the new Russian Oreshnik missile system, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told reporters.
“President [России Владимир Путин] has made it clear that we are talking about a new medium-range system. Consequently, in the absence of restrictions in this area, even as a result of the deeply erroneous measure of the first administration [президента США Дональда] Triumph upon abandoning the INF Treaty [Договор о ликвидации ракет средней и меньшей дальности] and their destruction, there are no restrictions on the deployment of said systems,” – noted Ryabkov, quoted by TASS.
