The judge in charge of the investigation against the Attorney General of the State, Álvaro García Ortiz, and the Attorney General of the Province of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, before the Supreme Court, summoned as a witness the leader of the PSOE of Madrid, Juan Lobatoto be declared next Friday at 10:00 a.m.
The magistrate of the Criminal Chamber Ángel Hurtado issued an order in which he accepts this summons after the newspaper ‘ABC’ published this Monday that Moncloa would be at the origin of the leak of emails between the prosecution and the boyfriend of Isabel, Diaz Ayuso, Alberto González. Amador, and who also tried to implicate Lobato, a claim he denies.
In this decision, Judge Hurtado also indicates that Lobato must provide a copy of the notarial deed what he achieved, according to the media and which he himself admitted, in relation to the events.
