the message from the Madrid prosecutor regarding the note regarding Ayuso’s boyfriend

The Attorney General of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, was investigated by the Supreme Court for an alleged crime of disclosing confidential information of Alberto González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, gave the green light to the informative note that denied the false news about the actions of the prosecution with this businessman, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, but he didn’t develop it.

This is clear from the messages he exchanged on the night of March 13-14 with the Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, before the release of this statement from the prosecution in which it was denied that a deal had been offered to González. . Amador to admit to having committed two tax crimes.

In reality, it was González Amador’s lawyer, Carlos Neira, who, much earlier – on February 2 – had sent an email to Madrid’s economic crimes prosecutor, Julián Salto, admitting that “certainly” Ayuso’s partner had committed these crimes. The defender has already offered Salto the possibility of accepting the facts, paying the corresponding fine and benefiting from a reduced sentence, thus avoiding prison.

The leak to the press of this incriminating letter, which occurred on the night of March 13, led to the opening of a trial before the Supreme Court, which granted the status of persons under investigation to the prosecutor General and to the Attorney General of Madrid.

A report from the UCO of the Civil Guard known this Monday includes the WhatsApp communications that the two investigators maintained that night since, at 9:29 p.m., the newspaper The world erroneously reported that “the prosecutor’s office offers Ayuso’s partner a deal to admit to two tax crimes.”

In this news item, part of the messages exchanged between lawyer Neira and prosecutor Salto were already broadcast, although in a distorted manner.

According to the UCO report, which analyzes the contents of Pilar Rodríguez’s electronic devices searched on October 30, the Attorney General requests, based on this news, the messages between Neira and Salto in order to prepare an informative note.

Rodríguez had to ask them to Prosecutor Salto, who was watching a soccer match, and on March 13 at 9:59 p.m. he sent them to the Attorney General, but not to his official account, but to a private Gmail account.

At 10:46 p.m., Pilar Rodríguez exchanges messages with an acquaintance in which she complains “it seems that tomorrow they will tell lies again”.

“I don’t want to feed the beast”

The day before, the Attorney General of Madrid had received information on her cell phone from different media outlets echoing the statements of the Madrid president in which she criticized the complaint filed against her boyfriend and attributed a political intention to it.

“The Madrid Provincial Prosecutor’s Office is chaired by a lady who was director general of the Ministry of Justice under Zapatero,” Díaz Ayuso said.

“It’s stupid”Rodríguez responded to senior Justice Ministry official Sofía Puente, who wrote to him saying “all of this is scandalous. A big kiss.”

In another message addressed to the head of the Technical Secretariat of the Attorney General’s Office, Rodríguez indicated that he did not want the institution to respond to Ayuso: “Nothing is happening. “I don’t want to feed the beast.”.

In this context, when false news spread the next day that the prosecutor’s office had proposed a pact to the boyfriend of the president of Madrid, the Attorney General asked Rodríguez for information on this in order to write a statement.

On March 14, at 12:12 a.m., Rodríguez received the press release from García Ortiz via Whatsapp so that she and the doyenne of economic crimes Virna Alonso could “take a look.”

Pilar Rodríguez forwards the file to Alonso, who at 12:20 a.m. responds “perfect”.

Two minutes later, the Attorney General of Madrid wrote to the Attorney General that “we both think it is perfect.”

Álvaro García Ortiz responds: “Okay. Thank you.” And Rodríguez adds. “Even if it makes you want to add a little cyanide”.

The Attorney General does not respond to this comment, but asks Pilar Rodríguez to “thank Virna, Julián (and a hug for having endured this) and especially you”.
