The identity of the person who harassed the women and committed vandalism against them in Baku has been determined.
Publika.az reports that the person who harassed the women and caused them concern over the measures taken by the 3rd Police Department of the Khazar Region was identified as Vurgun Seyfullazade, a resident of the village of Hamusham, Astara region, born in 2001.
Two women living in the Südçülük state agricultural area in the Bina settlement complained to the police about Vurgu’s actions. They noticed that Vurgun approached and said obscene words and was a hooligan when he arrived at the door of their house.
The young man, who was detained by the police, stated that he controls the Sudçuluk state farm neighborhood, is responsible for security and that is why he follows the women.
By decision of the Khazar District Court, he was found guilty of minor hooliganism. A 23-year-old man was sentenced to 10 days in prison.
