Servihabitat puts 2,400 properties on sale with discounts of up to 35%

Servihabitat has put 2,400 residential and commercial properties up for sale with discounts of up to 25% on the first type of property and 35% on the second. These are two commercial campaigns that cover the entire national territory, although the product offered in Catalonia stands out, with 761 properties included in both initiatives, in Andalusia, with 651, and in the Valencian Community, with 249.

Specifically, in the residential product campaign, the offer of 1,137 homes at reduced prices stands out, and among the most favoured autonomous communities in terms of asset supply in this initiative, Catalonia stands out, with 407 homes, and Andalusia, with 380. The promotion covers a “wide variety of properties”, such as apartments, penthouses, ground floors and houses, both new construction and second-hand, and aims to reach mainly the private client who is looking for a first residence.

Regarding the commercial action focused on the tertiary product, 1,263 premises, offices and warehouses are offered, with up to 35% discount on the price. The campaign aims above all to influence customers interested in starting a small business, with a special product offer in Catalonia (354 assets), Basque Country (379), Andalusia (271) and Valencian Community (174).

These two commercial campaigns, which are added to an initiative activated on September 10 with discounts of up to 40% on land products, will be available until December 2. In addition, Servihabitat has also launched a campaign specifically focused on boosting the sale of parking spaces.

This promotion is aimed at investors who want to maximize profitability with the acquisition of several parking spaces in the same operation through a volume discount offer. In this case, the campaign includes 3,187 parking spaces, with a remarkable product offering in Andalusia (865 active), Catalonia (697), the Valencian Community (411), the Basque Country (275) and Murcia (247).

REOs Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, Isidro Soriano, highlighted that “these campaigns are an example of Servihabitat’s commitment to promoting the marketing of assets in different market segments and thus offering products adapted to the needs of customers.”
