Coque Malla, Revolver and Niña Pastori will be in Albacete this Christmas

The Albacete City Council presented the Christmas program, which highlights the musical performances of Coque Malla, Revólver and Niña Pastori. The Councilor for Culture, Elena Serrallé, declared that they sought to “highlight our traditions and open a space for cultural innovation and meetings between generations”.

The Municipal Auditorium will be the scene of several shows. On December 10, the III AMFA Christmas Festival will take place; On the 11th, the Zambomba Flamenca Pureza will rediscover the spirit of Christmas carols in Jerez; And On the 13th, Coque Malla will present his concert ‘Un Piano, Un Pianista y Yo’.

On this stage, tradition and folklore will also be the protagonists: on the 12th, with the AC of Coros y Danzas “El Trillo”; on the 14th, with the folkloric group Abuela Santa Ana; and on the 15th, with the AC Danzas Manchegas Magisterio.

In addition, on the same day, the 15th, the Municipal Symphony Orchestra will offer its seasonal concert. Meanwhile, on the 17th and 18th, it will be the turn of the Tomás de Torrejón y Velasco Professional Conservatory of Music; and on the 19th, it will be the turn of the Big Band and the Dance students of the Royal Professional Conservatory of Music and Dance of the Provincial Deputation of Albacete.

For their part, on the 20th, the voices of the Orfeón de la Mancha will be present with their “50 sung Christmases”; on the 21st, Revolver with his ‘Playlist Tour’; and on the 22nd, the Choir of the Schola Cantorum and the Camerata de Amar of Albacete. On the 26th, there will be the performance of Gemenco and its flamenco Christmas; on the 29th, Niña Pastori with her Christmas album ‘Feliz Navidad’; and on the 30th, the DESproVISTO circus will propose a commitment to plasticity, flexibility and change.

As for shows for children and families, on January 3 the dances “Past, present and future” and “La Granja de Zenón: In search of the rainbow” will be presented; and on the fourth day, “From Simba to Kiara – The Lion King Tribute”. Before, on December 27 and 28, humor with Moncho Borrajo and 8 Andalusian surnames.

In addition to the auditorium, the Teatro Circo will host notable events such as the Christmas Gala for Seniors with Juan Valderrama and the Albacete Municipal Symphony Orchestra on December 16 and the IV International Dance Evening, led by dancer Esteban Berlanga , December 22.

For its part, on the 21st there will be a “Meeting of the Aguilanders” in the Plaza del Altozano. And on December 20, 21, 24 and 31 it will be the turn of the Los Llanos and El Pelibayo events. Meanwhile, on the 26th, the pedestrian streets of the center will host the “Giant Babies” Christmas parade of the Unión Musical Ciudad de Albacete. At the same location, on the 30th, pre-bells will be celebrated with music from local artists, entertainment and activities.

In addition, on January 2 the New Year’s concert will take place at the Cathedral of San Juan Bautista. Also on January 2, 3 and 4, at the Puerta de Hierros of the emblematic exhibition center, on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the video mapping “The Three Kings and the Grinch” will be projected, a unique light show and color with three passes. And on these same days, in the morning and afternoon, the messengers of the Three Kings will travel through the city in a gleaming Cadillac, stopping in all the neighborhoods, to collect the letters and deliver them to their majesties.
