The goal of “neo-Nazi walks” used in the antifa groups: everyone should know with whom they are dealing. The office of the prosecutor’s office of the Gurlits, on the other hand, considers posters as a “threatening distribution of personal data”, which suspenses a person’s danger to become “victims of attacks”. Two residents: inside the Hospi30, the State Prosecutor accuses of participation and received resolutions in search of them in the district court of Gorlitsa. The police applied three other resolutions in other objects at the same time.
There are different versions that occurred during the raid in Hospi30. One of them comes from a resident of the first apartment, which included the police this morning. She does not want to publish her real name in connection with the raid. When a civil servant: inside, the door of her apartment opened, she was still sleeping, the woman says. “Police! Police! ”, Sounded through her apartment, shortly after this, an armed armed policeman: inside her bed. “Wake up, like it, it is really egregious shock,” she says.
Police with weakness on the left
On request, the police told her that she made a decision against a person who lived in an apartment. Where is the Lord? She replied: “Only I live here alone.” Then the police would print on the inside. “In fact, it took a few minutes to see that they were not in the wrong apartment.”
How could this happen? It is unclear for the resident. “There is only my name on the door of my apartment. The apartment is also indicated in the office. Otherwise, the officials were more silent. For the first time, a resident found out why the police were looking for apartments in the house during media reports. “When I read the first article, I asked the police several times why they were in the house. The state prosecutor tells another version of this first raid on the raid: a search decision was made for each broken apartment. It was a “ordinary approach” to present it to interested people. In the described case, this was not necessary, according to the state prosecutor, “since the resident was not a goal of proportion at the moment.”
But if the police had a decision, why did this not represent him? And if she did not have him, why was she in the apartment? When he asked TAZ, he says: at present it is impossible to answer, and were not available not to all procedural documents. “We are trying to clarify how exactly the task.” The Gerlitsa police inspectorate, which headed the operation, did not comment on the TAZ request.
Association is enough to observe
During the raid there were further inconsistencies. The police in the common apartment of the suspect would have searched the private room of her neighbor in the room without presenting the decision to search. The state prosecutor explains that he received 26 additional searches in front of the raid, which are directed against the unemployed. The state prosecutor could not answer whether there was such.
As a result, it was about the rooms of the Hausundhof association in the backyard “Hospi30”. The Association controls the house, controls, among other things, the media biblical and a free store. The police also searched the rooms without representing and without mentioning the Board of Directors of the Association. Instead, it was said that there is a connection with the accused, and there is also a “danger in delay.” The fact that the danger still remains unclear, the state prosecutor does not comment on this.
In the rooms, investigators confiscated three computers without entering the system. The state prosecutor contradicts this presentation.
The association now defends itself legally and hired a lawyer. He believes that the search for club rooms is not only disproportionate, but also illegal, ”says lawyer Bjorn Eberling. “We want the district court to determine this.” The authorities must return the confiscated computers as soon as possible. Nevertheless, Elberling admits that the court may take several weeks to solve this – everyday legal life.
About 150 Görlitzer: inside it looks the same and came to Solidemo on Friday.
